This warm and comfortable new 5 bedroom house on Aubrey rd is situated 5 minutes drive from town. It has a large open plan kitchen/lounge/dining area.

It is comfortably furnished and has TV, video, DVD (bring sky decoder as dish is fitted), stereo, all kept warm with a powerful gas heat pump. The kitchen is fitted out with all modern appliances including dishwasher and microwave.

• Bedroom 1 & 2: Queen beds
• Bedroom 3,4 & 5: 2 singles - all beds with electric blankets
• 2 bathrooms: one with bath, shower and toilet, the other with shower and toilet. Plus an extra toilet.
• Laundry with drier and washing machine
  
  Cleaning, toiletries, towels, bedding, sheets (beds made) and a few provisions supplied.

Winter rate NZ $2100/week or $330/night
Rest of year rate $1600/week or $300/night
Available year round.
