This 3 bedroom house with outdoor spa is on  Helwick Street in Wanaka town centre. It has a Spa bath in a very private fenced garden.

It is warm and comfortable with gas heating and a heat pump in the lounge and another heatpump in the master bedroom.

It has a good size open plan living and kitchen area, with very comfortable furnishings.
It is well equipped with washing machine and dryer, microwave, Sky TV, video, Hi Fi, BBQ wifi internet.

Main bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. Ensuite with shower and toilet in Master bedroom.
